English translation
643. Narrated Anas bin Mālik رضي الله عنه: Once, after the Iqāma for the Ṣalāt (prayer) was pronounced a man came to the Prophet ﷺ and detained him (from the Ṣalāt).

643 - حَدَّثَنَا عَيَّاشُ بْنُ الوَلِيدِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ ثَابِتًا البُنَانِيَّ - عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَكَلَّمُ بَعْدَ مَا تُقَامُ الصَّلاَةُ - فَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: «أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَعَرَضَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ، فَحَبَسَهُ بَعْدَ مَا أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ» أَبْوَابُ صَلاَةِ الجَمَاعَةِ وَالإِمَامَةِ
