6446. Narrated Abū Hurairah رضي الله عنه: The Prophet ﷺ said, “Riches does not mean having a great amount of property, but riches is self-contentment.”

True riches is self-contentment.

6446 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَصِينٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَيْسَ الغِنَى عَنْ كَثْرَةِ العَرَضِ، وَلَكِنَّ الغِنَى غِنَى النَّفْسِ»
