English translation

6532. Narrated Abū Hurairah رضي الله عنه: Allāh's Messenger ﷺ said, "The people willsweat so profusely on the Day ofResurrection that their sweat will sinkseventy cubits deep into the earth, and itwill rise up, till it reaches the people's mouthsand ears."

Arabic text

6532 - حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ العَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الغَيْثِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «يَعْرَقُ النَّاسُ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يَذْهَبَ عَرَقُهُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ سَبْعِينَ ذِرَاعًا، وَيُلْجِمُهُمْ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ آذَانَهُمْ»
