English translation

7327. Narrated Hishām's father: 'Āishah said to 'Adbullāh bin Az-Zubair, "Bury me with my female companions (i.e., the wives of the Prophet ﷺ) and do not bury me with the Prophet ﷺ in the house, for I do not like to be regarded as sanctified (just for being buried there)."

7327 - حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ: «ادْفِنِّي مَعَ صَوَاحِبِي، وَلاَ تَدْفِنِّي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي البَيْتِ، فَإِنِّي أَكْرَهُ أَنْ أُزَكَّى»
