Commentary

a. The Mufassal section is the name given to the last Surahs of the Qur'an. Out of them the following three Surahs contain prostrations for reciting the Qur'an: Surah An-Najm (53), Surah Al-Inshiqâq (84), and Surah Al-'Alaq (96). b. Surah Al-Hajj contains two prostrations i.e., in Verses nos. 18 & 77.
