English translation

2369. It was narrated from Jâbir that the Prophet ﷺ passed judgment on the basis of an oath (from the claimant) along with a (single) witness. (Sahih)

Arabic text

2369 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ»
