English translation
2468. It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbās that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ gave Khaibar to its people in return for one half of the yield of its palm trees and land. (Sahih)

2468 - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ تَوْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَعْطَى خَيْبَرَ أَهْلَهَا عَلَى النِّصْفِ نَخْلِهَا وَأَرْضِهَا»
