Commentary

Security of non-Muslim minorities living in an Islamic state is the duty of the state. A non-Muslim living in a Muslim state under a treaty should not be killed, until and unless he commits a crime which breaks the treaty, like dishonoring the Noble Qur'an or disgracing the Noble Prophet ﷺ. (Allâh forbid us)
