Commentary
The chain of 'Amr bin Shuaib's Hadith is stronger than the other narration, though the narration of Makhul is also Sound. So, 'Amr drew their attention to the soundness of the Hadith.
Even though the chain of 'Amr bin Shuaib's Hadith is Sound, it is the Fatwa of a Companion (Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'Âs) while the Hadith of Makhul is Marfu', i.e., he reported the practice of the Prophet ﷺ.
