Commentary

This ruling is for women, children, and aged men who cannot take part in Jihād. The same ruling applies to blind, lame and the like persons. b. The means of getting nearness to Allāh and great reward for such disabled persons is Hajj and Umrah. The hardship of this worship for them is just as making Jihad.
