English translation

2926. It was narrated that 'Aîshah said: "I put perfume on the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ for his Ihrâm before he entered into it, and when he exited Ihrâm before he returned."[1] (Sahih) (One of the narrators) Sufyân said (in his narration, she said): "With these two hands of mine."

2926 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: «طَيَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، لِإِحْرَامِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ، وَلِحِلِّهِ، قَبْلَ أَنْ يُفِيضَ» قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: بِيَدَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ
