English translation

3026. It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbās said: "I was among the weak ones of his family (i.e., the women and children) whom the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ sent on ahead." (Sahih)

Arabic text

3026 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: «كُنْتُ فِيمَنْ قَدِمَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ضَعَفَةِ أَهْلِهِ»
