English translation

3053. It was narrated that Jābir said: "I saw the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ stoning 'Aqabah Pillar at forenoon, but after that day, he would do it after the sun had passed its zenith." (Sahih)

Arabic text

3053 - حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْمِصْرِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ ضُحًى، وَأَمَّا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، فَبَعْدَ زَوَالِ الشَّمْسِ»
