English translation

3411. It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ commanded us to cover our vessels, tie up our water skins and turn over our vessels." (Hasan)

Arabic text

3411 - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَيَانٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: «أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، بِتَغْطِيَةِ الْإِنَاءِ، وَإِيكَاءِ السِّقَاءِ، وَإِكْفَاءِ الْإِنَاءِ»
