English translation

3450. It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "Whoever eats honey three mornings each month, will not suffer any serious calamity." (Da'if)

Arabic text

3450 - حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّاءَ الْقُرَشِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْهَاشِمِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ لَعِقَ الْعَسَلَ ثَلَاثَ غَدَوَاتٍ، كُلَّ شَهْرٍ، لَمْ يُصِبْهُ عَظِيمٌ مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ»
