3770. It was narrated that Abu Musa said: "A house burned down in Al-Madinah, with its occupants inside. The Prophet ﷺ was told of what had happened, and he said: 'This fire is an enemy to you. When you go to sleep, extinguish it.'" (Sahih)
3770 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ: احْتَرَقَ بَيْتٌ بِالْمَدِينَةِ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ، فَحُدِّثَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِشَأْنِهِمْ، فَقَالَ: «إِنَّمَا هَذِهِ النَّارُ عَدُوٌّ لَكُمْ، فَإِذَا نِمْتُمْ فَأَطْفِئُوهَا عَنْكُمْ»
