English translation

3792. It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Allāh says: ‘I am with My slave when he remembers Me and his lips move saying My Name.’” (Sahih)

Arabic text

3792 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقُولُ: أَنَا مَعَ عَبْدِي إِذَا هُوَ ذَكَرَنِي وَتَحَرَّكَتْ بِي شَفَتَاهُ "

Commentary

Allāh is with His every creature through His knowledge and power. But He will be with them through His support for those who struggle in His way or are busy in Jihād. Those who are busy in His remembrance get this category of His company, which indicates His pleasure.
