English translation

3937. It was narrated from 'Imrân bin Husain that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Whoever plunders is not one of us." (Sahih)

Arabic text

3937 - حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «مَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً، فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا»
