English translation
715. It was narrated that Bilâl said: “The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ commanded me (with Tathwib) in the Adhân for Fajr, and he forbade me to do so in the Adhân for Ishâ." (Da'if)

715 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَسَدِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ بِلَالٍ، قَالَ: «أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ _ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ _ أَنْ أُثَوِّبَ فِي الْفَجْرِ، وَنَهَانِي أَنْ أُثَوِّبَ فِي الْعِشَاءِ»

Commentary
The word Tathwib used in the context means saying As-salātu khairum minan-nawm (the prayer is better than sleep). The Hadith confirms that the words As-salātu khairum minan-nawm were included in the Adhân for Fajr at the bidding of the Prophet ﷺ himself.
