The two Rak'ah after Maghrib are the emphatically enjoined ones, whose superiority and excellence we have seen emphasized in H. 1140. It is preferable to offer all Sunnah and voluntary prayer in one's house, with the exception of Tahiyatul-Masjid, which is meant to be performed only in the mosque.
