Commentary
a. The Qubā' Mosque is the first mosque built after Emigration. Before entering Al-Madinah, the Prophet ﷺ had stayed for a few days at Qubā' and built a mosque there. The Prophet ﷺ used to go once a week and offer prayer there. (Sahih Al-Bukhāri: 1193).
b. While staying in Al-Madinah, one must go to visit the Qubā' Mosque in order to win the reward of one 'Umrah as well as the reward of following the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ.
