1964. Maimunah bint Hārith narrated that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ married her when he was Halāl (not in Ihrām). (Salih) He (one of the narrators—Yazid) said: "And she was my maternal aunt and the maternal aunt of Ibn 'Abbās also."
1964 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو فَزَارَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ بِنْتُ الْحَارِثِ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ» قَالَ: «وَكَانَتْ خَالَتِي وَخَالَةَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ»

Imam Albānī ﷺ stated this narration as Contradictory (Shādhhdh). The truth is that the Prophet ﷺ was not in the state of Ihrām at the time of the marriage.
