Text and translation

English translation

1991. It was narrated from 'Abdul-Malik bin Hârith bin Hishâm, from his father, that the Prophet ﷺ married Umm Salamah in Shawwâl, and consummated the marriage with her in Shawwâl. (Da'if)

Arabic text

1991 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، تَزَوَّجَ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ فِي شَوَّالٍ، وَجَمَعَهَا إِلَيْهِ فِي شَوَّالٍ»
