2569. 'Ali bin Abu Tâlib said: "I would not pay the blood money (Diyah[1]) for those on whom I carried out the legal punishment, except for the wine-drinker. The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ did not institute anything in that case, rather it is something that we would do.”[1] (Sahih)
2569 - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُطَرِّفٌ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ: «مَا كُنْتُ أَدِي مَنْ أَقَمْتُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ، إِلَّا شَارِبَ الْخَمْرِ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَسُنَّ فِيهِ شَيْئًا، إِنَّمَا هُوَ شَيْءٌ جَعَلْنَاهُ نَحْنُ»
