English translation
2643. It was narrated from 'Ubādah bin Sāmit that the Prophet ﷺ ruled that Hamal bin Mālik Hudhali Al-Lihyāni should inherit from his wife who was killed by his other wife. (Da'if)

2643 - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ رَبِّهِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ النُّمَيْرِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَضَى لِحَمَلِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْهُذَلِيِّ اللِّحْيَانِيِّ بِمِيرَاثِهِ مِنَ امْرَأَتِهِ الَّتِي قَتَلَتْهَا امْرَأَتُهُ الْأُخْرَى»

Commentary
The blood money of a woman who is killed is also her legacy, that is why her husband gets a share from her inheritance, whereas the payment of blood money is made by killer's male relatives from her father's side, and the husband is not from the victim's such relatives, but is from her heirs whose share is fixed.
