English translation

2838. It was narrated from the son of Samurah bin Jundub that his father said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: 'Whoever kills, the spoils are his.'" (Sahih)

2838 - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ قَتَلَ فَلَهُ السَّلَبُ»
