English translation

3091. It was narrated that 'Ali bin Abu Tālib said: "The Prophet ﷺ was brought some meat from some game when he was in Iḥrām, and he did not eat it." (Sahih)

Arabic text

3091 - حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، قَالَ: «أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلَحْمِ صَيْدٍ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَلَمْ يَأْكُلْهُ» بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي ذَلِكَ، إِذَا لَمْ يُصَدْ لَهُ
