English translation

3408. It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ forbade making Nabidh in (earthenware) jars." (Sahih)

Arabic text

3408 - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْخَطْمِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنْ يُنْبَذَ فِي الْجِرَارِ»
