English translation

3494. It was narrated from Jābir bin 'Abdullāh that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ cauterized Sa'd bin Mu'adh on his medial arm vein, twice. (Sahih)

Arabic text

3494 - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي الْخَصِيبِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كَوَى سَعْدَ بْنَ مُعَاذٍ فِي أَكْحَلِهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ»
