English translation
362. It was narrated that Ibn 'Abb2s said: "The Messenger of All* never entrusted his 'A purification to anyone nor his charity that he had given to , anyone; he would be the one to take care of these matters himself."

362 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَدْرٍ عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُطَهَّرُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلْقَمَةُ بْنُ أَبِي جَمْرَةَ الضُّبَعِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَبِي جَمْرَةَ الضُّبَعِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَكِلُ طُهُورَهُ إِلَى أَحَدٍ، وَلَا صَدَقَتَهُ الَّتِي يَتَصَدَّقُ بِهَا، يَكُونُ هُوَ الَّذِي يَتَوَلَّاهَا بِنَفْسِهِ»
