English translation

3645. It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet ﷺ used to wear (his ring) with the stone nearest his palm. (Sahih)

Arabic text

3645 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَجْعَلُ فَصَّ خَاتَمِهِ مِمَّا يَلِي كَفَّهُ»
