English translation

3884. It was narrated from Umm Salamah that whenever he left his house, the Prophet ﷺ would say: "Allāhumma inni a'udhu bika an adilla aw azilla, aw azlima aw uzlama, aw ajhala aw yujhala 'alayya (O Allāh, I seek refuge with You from going astray or stumbling, from wronging others or being wronged, and from behaving or being treated in an ignorant manner)." (Da'if)

Commentary

A person comes into contact with different types of people outside of his house. If one misbehaves with him he is also prone to misbehave with them, so before going outside, it is better to seek Allāh's protection from such matters.
