Text and translation

English translation

4021. It was narrated from Barā' bin 'Āzib that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Allāh will curse them and those who curse will curse them." He said: "The inhabitants of the earth." (Da'if)

Arabic text

4021 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ، عَنْ زَاذَانَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {يَلْعَنُهُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَلْعَنُهُمُ اللَّاعِنُونَ} [البقرة: 159] ، قَالَ: «دَوَابُّ الْأَرْضِ»
