English translation

442. It was narrated fromMiqdām bin Ma’dikarib that theMessenger of Allāh ﷺ performedablution and he wiped his headand his ears, inside and out.(Hasan)

Arabic text

442 - حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيزُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ معْدِ يكَرِبَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «تَوَضَّأَ، فَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ وَأُذُنَيْهِ، ظَاهِرَهُمَا وَبَاطِنَهُمَا»
