Commentary
The clothing on the woman's body during the period, if free from any trace of blood, is perfectly pure. If smeared with blood, washing will turn it clean. As such there should be no hitch in performing prayer with such clothes on. It is also perfectly in order if separate clothes are used during those particular days by the ladies. (Bukhârī: 323)
