755. It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that a man among the Ansâr sent word to the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ saying: "Come and designate a place in my house where I can perform prayer," that was after he had become blind. So he went and did that. (Hasan)
755 - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْخُرْقِي قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ أَرْسَلَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَعَالَ فَخُطَّ لِي مَسْجِدًا فِي دَارِي أُصَلِّي فِيهِ، وَذَلِكَ بَعْدَ مَا عَمِيَ، «فَجَاءَ، فَفَعَلَ»
