[1024] 165 - (457) It was narrated that Quṭbah bin Mâlik said: “I offered prayers and the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ led us in (that) prayer, and he recited: “Qâf. By the Glorious Qur’ân...[2] until he reached: “And tall date palms”.[3] Then he started to repeat it, and I do not know what he said.”
165 - (457) حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ فُضَيْلُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، عَنْ قُطْبَةَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: صَلَّيْتُ وَصَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَرَأَ: ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ. حَتَّى قَرَأَ: {وَالنَّخْلَ بَاسِقَاتٍ} [ق: 10]. قَالَ: فَجَعَلْتُ أُرَدِّدُهَا وَلَا أَدْرِي مَا قَالَ
