English translation

[1183] 18 - (...) It was narrated that 'Aîshah said: "The wives of the Prophet ﷺ spoke of a church that they had seen in Ethiopia that was called Mâriyah..." a similar Hadîth (as no. 1181).

18 - (528) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: ذَكَرْنَ أَزْوَاجُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَنِيسَةً رَأَيْنَهَا بِأَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ، يُقَالُ لَهَا مَارِيَةُ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِهِمْ
