[1486] 255 - (653) It wasnarrated that Abû Hurairah said:"A blind man came to theProphet ﷺ and said: 'OMessenger of Allâh, I do nothave any guide to take me to theMasjid.' And he asked theMessenger of Allâh ﷺ to granthim a dispensation allowing himto offer prayers in his house, andhe allowed him that. When heturned to leave, he called himback and said: 'Can you hear thecall to prayer?' He said: 'Yes.'He said: 'Then answer it.'"
255 - (653) وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَسُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَيَعْقُوبُ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ مَرْوَانَ الْفَزَارِيِّ، قَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ: حَدَّثَنَا الْفَزَارِيُّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْأَصَمِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ أَعْمَى، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِي قَائِدٌ يَقُودُنِي إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ، فَسَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُرَخِّصَ لَهُ، فَيُصَلِّيَ فِي بَيْتِهِ، فَرَخَّصَ لَهُ، فَلَمَّا وَلَّى، دَعَاهُ، فَقَالَ: «هَلْ تَسْمَعُ النِّدَاءَ بِالصَّلَاةِ؟» قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: «فَأَجِبْ»
