English translation

[1511] 276 - (...) It was narrated from Abû Hurairah that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "If one of you sits waiting for the prayer, he is in a state of prayer so long as he does not commit Hadath, and the Angels pray for him, saying: 'O Allâh, forgive him; O Allâh, have mercy on him.'"

276 - (649) حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ الْمُرَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ هُرْمُزَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " أَحَدُكُمْ مَا قَعَدَ يَنْتَظِرُ الصَّلَاةَ، فِي صَلَاةٍ، مَا لَمْ يُحْدِثْ، تَدْعُو لَهُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ: اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ، اللهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ "
