[2860] 65 - (1197) It was narrated from Mu'âdh b'n 'Abdur-Raḥmân bin 'Uthmân At-Taimî that his father said: "We were with Ṭalḥah bin 'Ubaidullâh and we were in Ihrâm. He was given a (cooked) bird while Ṭalḥah was sleeping. Some of us ate and some of us refrained. When Ṭalḥah woke up, he approved of those who had eaten and said: 'We ate that with the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ.'"
65 - (1197) حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ وَنَحْنُ حُرُمٌ فَأُهْدِيَ لَهُ طَيْرٌ، وَطَلْحَةُ رَاقِدٌ، فَمِنَّا مَنْ أَكَلَ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ تَوَرَّعَ، فَلَمَّا اسْتَيْقَظَ طَلْحَةُ وَفَّقَ مَنْ أَكَلَهُ، وَقَالَ: «أَكَلْنَاهُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
