[304] 177 - (...) It was narrated that Thâbit bin Adh-Dhahhâk said: “The Prophet ﷺ said: ‘Whoever swears deliberately and falsely that he belongs to a religion (Millat) other than Islam is as he said; and whoever kills himself with something, Allâh will punish him with it in the Fire of Hell.’ This is the Hadîth of Sufyân. According to the Hadîth of Shu'bah, the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Whoever swears falsely that he belongs to a religion (Millat) other than Islam is as he said, and whoever slaughters himself with something, he will be slaughtered with it on the Day of Resurrection."

177 - (110) حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَعَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ، كَاذِبًا مُتَعَمِّدًا، فَهْوَ كَمَا قَالَ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ، عَذَّبَهُ اللهُ بِهِ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ» هَذَا حَدِيثُ سُفْيَانَ، وَأَمَّا شُعْبَةُ فَحَدِيثُهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ، كَاذِبًا، فَهْوَ كَمَا قَالَ، وَمَنْ ذَبَحَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ، ذُبِحَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
