[3048] 230 - (1261) It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that when the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ circumambulated the Ka'bah in the first Tawâf, he would walk rapidly in three circuits, and at a normal pace in (the remaining) four. When he went between Aṣ-Ṣafâ and Al-Marwah, he ran in the bottom of the valley, and Ibn 'Umar did likewise.
230 - (1261) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ الطَّوَافَ الْأَوَّلَ، خَبَّ ثَلَاثًا وَمَشَى أَرْبَعًا، وَكَانَ يَسْعَى بِبَطْنِ الْمَسِيلِ إِذَا طَافَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ» وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ "
