[3067] 248 - (1270) It was narrated from Sâlim that his father told him: "Umar bin Al-Khattâb kissed the (Black) Stone, then he said: 'By Allâh, I know that you are just a stone, and were it not that I saw the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ kissing you I would not have kissed you.'" Hârûn added in his report: "Amr said: 'And Zaid bin Aslam narrated a similar report to me from his father Aslam.'"
248 - (1270) وحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، وَعَمْرٌو، ح وحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرٌو، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ: قَبَّلَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ الْحَجَرَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: «أَمَ وَاللهِ، لَقَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّكَ حَجَرٌ، وَلَوْلَا أَنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَبِّلُكَ مَا قَبَّلْتُكَ» زَادَ هَارُونُ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ: قَالَ عَمْرٌو: وَحَدَّثَنِي بِمِثْلِهَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَسْلَمَ
