English translation

[3122] 297 - (1291) 'Abdullāh, the freed slave of Asmā', said: "Asmā' said to me, while she was in the area of Al-Muzdalifah: 'Has the moon set?' I said: 'No.' So she prayed for a while, then she said: 'O my son, has the moon set?' I said: 'Yes.' She said: 'Set out with me.' So we set out until she stoned the Jamrah, then she prayed where she had stopped. I said to her: 'O my lady, we set out when it was still dark.' She said: 'No, O my son. The Prophet ﷺ gave permission to the women.'"
