English translation

[3203] 367 - (...) It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "On one occasion the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ sent sheep as sacrificial animals to the Ka'bah, and he garlanded them."

Arabic text

367 - (1321) وحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، قَالَ يَحْيَى: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «أَهْدَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّةً إِلَى الْبَيْتِ غَنَمًا، فَقَلَّدَهَا»
