English translation

[3265] (...) It was narrated from Qatâdah with this chain (a Hadîth similar to no. 3261). He said: "More than three, except with a Mahram."

Arabic text

(827) وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، وَقَالَ: «أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ»
