[3313] 454 - (1360) It was narrated from 'Abdullāh bin Zaid bin 'Aṣim that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "(Prophet) Ibrāhīm declared Makkah sacred and supplicated for its people, and I declare Al-Madīnah sacred as Ibrāhīm declared Makkah sacred, and I supplicated concerning its Ṣā' and Mudd (units of measurement) twice (the blessings) Ibrāhīm supplicated for the people of Makkah."
454 - (1360) حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيَّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى الْمَازِنِيِّ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَرَّمَ مَكَّةَ وَدَعَا لِأَهْلِهَا، وَإِنِّي حَرَّمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ كَمَا حَرَّمَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ مَكَّةَ، وَإِنِّي دَعَوْتُ فِي صَاعِهَا وَمُدِّهَا بِمِثْلَيْ مَا دَعَا بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ»،
