[3328] 468 - (...) A Ḥadīth similar to that of Abū Kuraib (no. 3327) from Abū Muʿāwiyah, was narrated by Al-Aʿmash until its end, with this chain, and he added: (The Prophet ﷺ said:) “Whoever breaks the covenant of a Muslim, upon him be the curse of Allāh, the Angels and all the people, and on the Day of Resurrection Allāh will not accept any Ṣarf nor ʿAdl from him.” But in their Ḥadīth it does not mention: “Whoever claims to belong to anyone other than his father.” And in the Hadīth of Wakīʾ it does not mention the Day of Resurrection.

468 - (1370) وحَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ السَّعْدِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ أَبِي كُرَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ إِلَى آخِرِهِ، وَزَادَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ: «فَمَنْ أَخْفَرَ مُسْلِمًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ صَرْفٌ، وَلَا عَدْلٌ»، وَلَيْسَ فِي حَدِيثِهِمَا: «مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ»، وَلَيْسَ فِي رِوَايَةِ وَكِيعٍ ذِكْرُ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ،
