[3366] 498 - (1389) It was narrated from Sa'eed bin Al-Mûsâyyab that he heard Abû Hurairah say: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said of Al-Madinah: 'Its people will abandon it when it is the best it ever was, and it will be taken over by wild animals and birds.'" Muslim said: This Abû Şafwân (one of the narrators) is 'Abdullâh bin 'Abdul-Malik, an orphan who lived under the care of Ibn Juraij for ten years.
